Managing supervising Yanbu Aramco Sinopec refinery Electrical maintenance department since 2014 with over 23-year experience across several function in the business of refinery and power generation maintenance. Completed the 400000 BBL refinery Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities on time with successful startup. Planning scheduling, day to day activities, and solid understanding that the team having knowledge and well-awareness of electrical safety measures and LOCK Out TAG OUT experience. Equipment covers 380 KV GIS system Up to 0.48KV switchgear and breakers, transformers and their protection system. Maintaining the UPS and battery chargers 125V and 220V, 480V.Maintains field electrical related equipment’s included the preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical Motor’s13.8 KV up to 0.48KV, & Diesel Generator. Accomplished multiple Turnarounds of refinery while working at responsible positions of TA planning and execution scope, reviewing maintenance issues and interfaces with contract unit on planning and taking proactive decisions to support the maintenance. YASREF certified mentor and Evaluator for new mentees local technicians, trained and evaluate more than 25 team members during the past 10 years

NEBOSH CERTIFICATION ( HEALTH AND SAFETY )

• Preparation of JSA (job safety analysis ) and risk mitigation plan according to the job criticality.
• Ensuring steady plant operation, safe and accident free startups, shutdowns, Emergency handlings during utility failures as per standard operating procedures. Manage and oversee the daily work performed by all direct reports. 
• Manage the budget allocation for the Section on an on-going basis. 
• Supervise routine jobs are performed effectively, efficiently, and safely in order to save the repeated failure cost, enhance plant reliability/integrity, and promote safety culture for safe execution of job.
• Detection, analysis, Troubleshooting & De-bottlenecking of maintenance constraints Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for the optimization, smoother and efficient maintenance.
• Handled major new projects and rehabilitation scopes, involved in design review meetings, FAT/SAT, walk troughs, PSSR, MOC closed out.
• Review all the electrical red mark drawing, procedures for new modification and project.
• Develop electrical expenditures priority and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Support electrical engineering in design and Provide information or required documents on modification on work policies, equipment specification.
• Keep record of all tools and test equipment calibration certification on yearly bases.

• Executing periodic HSE audits & inspections; taking care of hazards identification and preparation of Risk Assessment (HIRA).
• Preparing HAZOP for new modifications with team; handling the process safety elements such as MOC.
• Investigating Incidents & preparation of reports.
• Acquiring authorized signatory of hot work, cold work, permits.
• First Aid (CPR).
• Conducting routine maintenance safety audits as internal management walkthrough. JSA:
• Participating in all JSA meeting to finalize and sign off for any new activity to be carried out in the area.
