Responsible for overall design and drafting in Fatima Fertilizer Complex. This includes handling a team of trainee technicians and a contractual manpower team for the project engineering section:

• Piping Design of Diesel Unloading Skid, Structure arrangement, and BOM.
• Steel Structure shed for RP storage area.
• Design plot plan of the LGU (Lime grading unit).
• Field experience during TA-21 execution of baffles plates installation inside T-102 at the ammonia plant
• Furnace (F-101) as built in the TA-21 inlet and outlet header and hip section
• Field supervision experience during the execution of the P2O5 storage tank
• Material handling & material coordination during P2O5 tank execution
• Review vendor drawings and check the quality of work during the installation of the Fire Deluge system on the Urea and Nitric Acid compressors skids
• Prepared a Mechanical package for steam line installation at the ammonia plant at C-111 compressor to resolve the low temperature issue
• Generate BOM and calculate cost estimation for the new Nitropaste plant (NP) and Nitric acid (NA) plant Excel sheet
• Responsible for the training of staff apprentices and other manpower used for the project engineering services and project handling services
• Prepared a complete engineering package for the Dryer Washing Pit at the calcium ammonium nitrate (CAN) plant

Responsible for overall design and drafting for the Fatima Fertilizer Complex. This includes all the layout and piping activities:

• Worked as a team member on the Mechanical Package for Compressor (C-111) installation at the ammonia plant, and was also part of the execution team
• Online leakage rectification and prepper Box-up Clamp for leakage
• Area verification and routed the number of lines piping on O&U, ammonia, and NP plant
• Small modification packages on O&U, NA, NP, and ammonia plant
• P&ID updates of all plants (ammonia, NA, O&U and CAN plant)

I have attended two TURNAROUND (TA) of Fatima Fertilizer Ltd. In 2015 and 2017, which have major job opportunities for the Ammonia plant revamping Project.
