Supporting the regional business unit to deliver on its annual P&L commitments by working closely with the local team including:

• Analyzing and submitting monthly forecasting and top/bottom line actuals proofing in line with the market dynamics and targets
• Designing promo and pricing strategies by segment by channel through analyzing competitive pricing/sell-out data and activities
• Strategically allocating trade and marketing budgets by channel to improve the category mix and deliver the financial targets
• Conducting trade and sales deduct efficiency projects to reduce its percentage of topline quarter on quarter while enabling the front line team with sufficient trade budgets to deliver the sales targets.
• Assessing various Temporary Price Reduction (TPR) strategies and propose optimal promo plan/grid (promo SKUs, DOD%, PPP and bundles) by customer level while analyzing competitive activities, EPOS data, and feature tracking
• Conducting trade spend/sales deduct analysis on key customers & competitors to optimize promo planning, category profitability and maximize market share
• Working on new product launches while co-assessing the financial impacts with the brand management and sales team to ensure meeting financial objectives.

• Selected for the MISK Virtual Program and worked with a NPO based in Amsterdam as a Financial Data Analyst
• Attended weekly meetings with my manager where I got trained on how to find the minimum cost of living for different cities in Saudi Arabia and UAE by getting exposed to different data bases of foods and consumer goods
• Organized a webinar by the end of the program on how to organize large data bases that could benefit new interns.
