Planned Construction projects from beginning to end, focusing on timelines, budgets and mechanical feasibility.
Preparation of Method of Statement as per project Specification and relevant standards. Review Shop drawings and MEP- Coordination Drawings. And coordinate with design team if any deviation.
Developed internal processes and plans for mechanical verification, product development and factory processes.
To ensure proper implementation of design for Underground and above ground piping system of Drainage, Potable water system and Chilled water Piping system. Moreover, HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories.
Provide technical assistance and monitoring for installation of Mechanical Equipment (AHU, FCU, Chiller, Pumps, and Compressor) and Shall be complied with Project Specification and Manufacturer recommendation.
Closely monitoring work to monitor quality, maintain speed and exceed daily project goals.
Active involvement in weekly meetings with Project management & QC Supervisor and manager to resolve site related issues and Root Cause Failure Analysis.
Assist Commissioning Team in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning stages of all Mechanical Equipment.
To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
