• Project Design and Review:Review various design packages, such as FEED, concept designs, schematic designs, detailed designs, shop drawings, pre-qualifications, method statements, and ITPs. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline standards by promptly addressing contractors' RFIs.
• Project Onsite Review and Supervision:Review engineering deliverables onsite, such as material submittals, schematic drawings for MV and LV control panels, protection schemes, shop drawings, pre-qualifications, and method statements for installation and testing. • Review Electrical deliverables: including shop drawings, technical and material submittals, installation method statements, ITPs, and inspection checklists.
• Design Coordination:Coordinated with manufacturers, vendors, and stakeholders for successful project delivery. Conducted MEP reviews using Autodesk BIM 360 and Navisworks, collaborating with 3D tools to ensure clash-free MEP systems.
• Regulatory Compliance:Prepared approval documents for utility companies, security, fire safety, and IT systems. Ensured compliance with local and international standards (ADDC, DEWA, SABC, BS 7671, IEEE, SEC SDMS, NEC, NFPA, IEC). Worked closely with the FLS consultant to ensure project compliance and approval.
• Installation and Testing & Commissioning:Managed the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of high voltage (132kV), medium voltage (33kV & 13.8kV) systems, auxiliary power supplies (UPS, battery banks), RMUs, RTUs, PMS/SCMS architecture, transformers, substation automation (IEC 61850), MCCs, VFDs, soft starters, and DC/process control systems.

• SABIC Project Electrical review Deliverables: Review shop and design drawings, earthing calculations, grounding system diagrams, cable tray and ladder calculations, lighting control system, and FAT process. Witness manufacturer visits as per the single line diagram and client requirements.
• Installation and Testing & Commissioning:Managed the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of high and medium voltage systems (132kV, 33kV, 13.8kV), UPS, battery banks, RMUs, RTUs, PMS/SCMS architecture, transformers, IEC 61850 substation automation, MCCs, VFDs, soft starters, and DC/process control systems.
• Instrumentation and Control:Reviewed hook-up, P&ID, and loop drawings. Conducted HART/manual calibration, loop testing, and control system commissioning. Performed HAZOP analysis and verified plant completion certificates.
• Site Supervision daily and Weekly Reports: update all status weekly and monthly Electrical Installations reports and coordinated with client as per the schedule.

• Project Management: Manage electrical projects with a focus on quality management, time management, Problem Solving, Risk Management, Resource Management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project completion on schedule and within specifications.
• Infrastructure Works: Supervised the installation of a wide range of infrastructure works including medium voltage cables, substations (package & distribution), street lights, lighting control cabinets, various electrical components (feeder pillars), and telecommunication systems (fiber optic cables & OSN).
• Low Current ICT/ELV system: Conduct design review, shop drawings, material submittals, installation method statements, testing, and commissioning of the various systems including Structure cabling, ICT network architectures, Access Control system, CCTV, BMS, access control, PA VA, fire alarm, CCTV, lightning protection, structural cabling, intercoms, MATV, and master clock systems.
• Led the Quality team of QA/QC: Inspectors in performing site surveillance, field tests, and internal & external Inspection
  Request Forms (IRFs) to improve project quality performance through various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinated with customers: on all quality matters, carried out inspection requests, and conducted material inspections as

ensuring proper completion of all MEP systems serving the expanded 300,000-patient annual capacity medical facility and
the luxury hotel complex.

Implemented comprehensive: quality control protocols for MEP systems serving specialized areas such as the 30-patient
Chemotherapy unit and the hotel's health clubs, spas, and indoor pools, maintaining strict adherence to healthcare and
hospitality industry standards

Conducted systematic quality surveillance: of MEP installations across diverse project areas, including the 20-story hotel
tower's sophisticated MEP systems and the hospital's specialized medical facilities such as the Radioisotopes production unit
and Linear Accelerators.

Evaluated and approved material:manufacturers and testing laboratories, ensuring compliance with project specifications
across both developments, particularly for specialized medical facility requirements and luxury hospitality standards.

Supervised testing and commissioning: of MV/LV/LC systems throughout both projects, ensuring seamless integration in critical areas such as the hospital's Nuclear scanning facilities and the hotel's 70,000 square feet of high-end meeting facilities.

Led quality assurance: for the KAPSARC project, reporting to ARAMCO PID. Implemented and monitored electrical quality control programs in line with Saudi Aramco specifications (SATIP, SAICK, SATIR).

Team Leadership: Led a team of 12 Electrical Engineers and inspectors, delivering projects within timelines with high-quality control and client satisfaction.

Technical Reviews: Review of design and shop drawings, technical material submittals, ITPs, and method statements.

Emergency Lighting: Design review and installation of emergency lighting systems.

Earthing Systems: Design and installation as per IEEE 80 and BS 7430.
