• The co-founders of the "IT Security Department" at Aljazeera Bank, which was part of the IT organization. Later, I participated in establishing the cybersecurity department in the same bank, which reports to risk management. Additionally, I successfully established the Security Operation Center (SOC) with an effective transition phase.
• Leading Aljazeera Bank from the technology side in obtaining the PCI DSS accreditation certificate for the first time. As the third bank in the Kingdom to obtain this accreditation, over the following years, I was able to integrate it into the operations processes so that it became an annual procedure instead of being treated as a project.
• Also, I established the Cybersecurity Department at Abdul Latif Jameel Finance Company and made the transition to serving several sister companies under the governance policies of the Central Bank at that time.
• I had the chance to establish and chair the SAMA Cybersecurity Committee for financial companies under central bank supervision.
• At Bupa Arabia, I established three departments: cybersecurity, business continuity, and data privacy. For the first time in the company, I led the delivery of effective assurance and compliance with regulatory policies.
