A Medical Laboratory Technologist graduated from TUD/ Ireland. A verry ambitious person who likes to explore, work and expand my experience in many areas such are Biomedical field, Sciences including Chemistry, Research, or Teaching. An avid reader I enjoy spending my free time reading books in English and Arabic in many categories such as, Medical books, Psychology, Science, Psychiatry, and Novels. I lived 8 years in Ireland, and this has widened my worldview and taught me to adapt quickly to new cultures and people and to become an independent person.
Worked in departments such as Clinical chemistry, Parasitology and Phlebotomy. Experienced in the use of VITROS 4600, 3600, 5600. ABL 800 BASIC, G8, PATHFAST, BN ProSpec and CLINITEK (SIEMENS) analyzers. Had the ability to cover 12 hours shifts, shifting flexibility including AM, PM, and Midnight time. Moreover, had to issue covering the lab on Fridays plus holidays such as Eid, Saudi national day, etc. Was also capable to cover the lab in Ramadan during iftar time alone.
Worked as an English teacher including teaching children with special needs such as Autism, Down Syndrome, Asperger's syndrome, and ADHD. Have the ability to deal and easily communicate with children.
Carried out a verification testing of the latex-enhanced C-reactive protein immunoassay on the AU680 Beckman Coulter analyser project.
Worked in areas such as, Specimen reception, Clinical biochemistry, Hematology, Blood bank, Histopathology and Microbiology. In addition, was also referred to St. Vincent's University Hospital, e.g. Cytology in Histopathology SVUH, Immunology in Mater Hospital, Beaumont Hospital, and Irish Blood Transfusion Service. Experienced in the use of analyzers such as AU680 Beckman Coulter, Roche E411, Sysmex X5000, X CS-2100, X-600, X 300, also IH-1000, Gelstation, VITEK 2, FilmArray, GeneXpert, BacTAlert.
