- Lead the Business development with the project developers and the Saudi Regional Voluntary carbon market to procure carbon credits and support climate action
- Perform due diligence on carbon offset climate projects, ensuring compliance with the highest integrity quality standards (ICVCM CCP – Corsia – CCB – SD-Vista) and company requirements, to safeguard company’s reputation and drive real climate action
- Originate and structure carbon credit agreements (spot purchases, long-term offset agreements, pre-payment deals) totalling 1.2 Mt CO2eq in 2024, to achieve company emission reduction and removal targets through financing Nature-based and Technological Climate Projects certified by international standards such as Verra, Gold Standard and Puro
- Lead the Carbon Neutral cargo shipment pilot project through assessment and certification of the product carbon footprint Lifecycle analysis according to PAS 2060
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and benchmarks through platforms like BeZero, Sylvera, Argus, S&P Platts, MSCI, and BNEF, identifying emerging trends in project rating and pricing

- Monitored project KPIs, ensuring adherence to project timelines and mitigating risks for credit under or delayed delivery
