• Review of Contractors shop drawings, material technical submittals, method statements and contractors pre-qualification documents
• Perform site inspections, provide approvals on contractors work inspection request and delivered materials at site
• Provide site observation and non-conformance report for any works violating the projects specifications, standards and methodology
• Monitor and supervise the Contractors work at site, and ensuring that it complies with project specifications, codes and Authority regulations
• Lead the site team in the Testing and Commissioning of installed MEP systems such as HVAC, Fire fighting and Plumbing systems. The Data center undergoes different stages of the T&C process, such as;

a. Level 1 - attend the Factory acceptance test of HVAC equipments.

b. Level 2 - acceptance of delivered equipments at site, monitoring of the installation and pre-start up.

c. Level 3 - witnessing the pre-commissioning and pre-functional enegization of equipments and its components, including pressure testing and water flushing of installed chilled water piping system.

d. Level 4 - attend the functional and performance testing of various HVAC equipments such as chillers, air balancing and chilled water balancing of FCU, Fan wall units, CRAH/CRAC units. Running of fire pumps, diesel generators, DRUPS, Thermal Energy Storage tanks, transfer and booster pumps and fuel pumps.

e. Level 5 - involved in the Integrity System Testing of the data center facility as well as monitoring of the Cause and Effect matrix.

• Deliver the Data Center facility to undergo TCCF or Tier Certification of Constructed Facility

• Organize, implement and manage the QA/QC program as per the company QA/QC policy
• Maintains and prepares all installation inspection logs of materials, MEP installation inspection request and testing and commissioning inspection reports
• Ensures that the completed MEP work installation is as per approved shop drawings and only approved materials were installed.

• Review and provide approvals on all shop drawings, material technical submittals and method statements submitted by the contractor
• Undertake site supervision and approvals of all work inspection request raised by the contractors and making sure that all MEP installations adheres to local authority standards
• Attend all site meetings with the clients, stake holders and various contractors to resolves all issues and work related concerns encountered during project executions

• Provide coordination between civil, mechanical and electrical departments and subcontractors for the execution of the projects
• Liaise with the consultant and project managers for all work inspection request submittals and ensure that the work quality was complied as per approved shop drawings, project specifications and local standards
• Oversee and supervise the work completion for the installation, construction, operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting networks.

• Conduct review of all shop drawings and implement it at site
• Supervise and monitor the work of all MEP subcontractors and records all work progress
• Ensure that the works were completed as per project timeline
• Prepare work inspection request and conduct pre-inspection activities on all completed MEP installations.

• Lead the team in the execution of the project - water transmission system - installation of pumping station and water pipelines from the desalination plant up to distribution area
• Hands on involvement in the installation of pumps and motors, compressors and water tanks
• Prepare the documentation of the completed works for approval of the client representative.
