Additionally, temporarily fulfilled the responsibilities of Quality Coordinator, managing quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the pharmacy. Managed medication orders for all branches by analyzing consumption data to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent shortages, and ensure timely restocking. Collaborated closely with medical representatives to address inquiries about medication availability, new products, and specific clinical information, facilitating clear communication and swift issue resolution. Regulatory affairs Rotation. The training was focused on the tasks of the scientific office including pharmacovigilance, regulatory and registration affairs, sales, marketing, and supply chain departments.
Pharmacy Administration and Management Rotation. Participated in the drug formulary project of Riyadh First Health Cluster Hospitals and learned about Pharmacoeconomics, Wasfaty electronic prescriptions, and medication safety.
Completed five clinical rotations which are Adult Critical Care, Cardiology, Solid Organ Transplant, Internal Medicine, and Adult Infectious Disease. The tasks included therapeutic management of 2-4 patients, medication reconciliation, attending round, and formal presentation.
Community Pharmacy Rotation. Focused on learning medications brand names, patient counseling, and dispensing the prescriptions.
Completed two non-clinical rotations which are Institutional Pharmacy Rotation and Ambulatory Care Rotation. The rotation included the Unit Dose distribution , IV Room , prescription evaluation, using the pharmacy automation machines, dispensing prescriptions, and patient counseling .
