• Studying the DNA damage response biomarkers in colon cancer cells. Worked with Adherent Cell Line HCT 116 (Human Colorectal Carcinoma) to study mitotic regulation of the DNA damage response of p53- binding protein 1 (53BP1).
• Worked with fibroblasts isolated from colon cancer patients to better understand the DNA damage response in cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs).
