Internship is a mandatory component of the BS Civil Engineering so that's why I started internship with Construction of access road well and camp durug x-1 on 27 September 2023. In the period of 8 month I have observed many activities that contribute to achieve my goal. After this reflection on my functioning, the unexpected circumstances and the learning goals achieved during the internship The project in which I started internship is construction of Construction of access road, well and camp durug x-1

• You will impart community training on CBDRM and Climate Change Adoption (CCA) to the beneficiaries of your relevant union council who received tangible, intangible assets and loan recipient and also give training to non-beneficiaries of your concerned area.
• You will use IEC material and manual during training which had been provided to you.
• You will be responsible to inform/invite participants as per list provided by NRSP for your respective UC.
• Ensure the availability of same participants for subsequent days of the planned training.
• Training duration will be 2 days and each day must be followed by 3-4 hours daily.
• You will submit proper report along with attendance on the standard reporting format which will be shared with you.
