• Supervised the installation and testing of Smart Home system, lighting, power distribution, IPTV, Data, Wi-Fi access and emergency systems for residential buildings
• Managed the design and implementation of electrical systems for multi-story residential tower projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards

• Managed electrical, telephone, firefighting, and fresh water supply services for all five berths
• Supervised the installation of electrical draw pits, 50-pair telephone cable laying, firefighting hydrants, and pipelines, including MS pipes for firefighting and ductile iron pipes for fresh water
