Successfully administered all facets of Instrumentation and Control Section as Section Head for 4 X 664MW Ghazlan power plant, which included both technical oversight and personnel management duties. Responsibilities included employee development, management of staff, implementation of testing and inspection programs, budgetary planning for the section, optimization of maintenance programs, forecasting of materials, oversight of maintenance contracts, enforcement of safety protocols, and participation in, as well as leadership of, various committees.

• Specialist in Distributed Control and Information Systems (DCIS), encompassing platforms such as ABB, Honeywell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi, alongside expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Process Control to effectively respond to emergency situations and perform root cause analyses.
• Executed a total of 27 completed and 9 ongoing I&C projects in the capacity of project manager, assuming full responsibility from project planning through scope development, budget approval processes, bidding support, bid evaluation, design, factory testing, to installation, and commissioning. This included the complete replacement of GPP 1-4 (444 X 4 MW) power plant's DCIS.
• The role of the Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Commissioning Consultant involves providing assistance during the initial commissioning phase of the Jeddah South Thermal Power Plant, which has a capacity of 4 x 700 MW, within the organization.
• Engagement and contributions within various inter-organizational teams, outside of the current work environment, involve the implementation of Primary Frequency Response (PFR) across all steam power facilities operated by the SEC, the development of a real-time Energy Production Information System (EPRIS) for power plants situated in the eastern region, and the preliminary establishment of operational technology (OT) cybersecurity protocols, among other initiatives.
• Served as the Acting Instrument Division Manager and Section Head of TSD E&I during the incumbent's absence, in addition to having four years of experience leading the I&C TSD section.
• Optimized workflow processes for increased efficiency, resulting in reduced turnaround times for deliverables.

• As a member of the Instrumentation and Control (I&C) commissioning team for the 2 X 266 MW Rabigh Power Plant and the 4 X 664 MW Ghazlan Power Plant, I have been involved in testing, commissioning, and tuning processes, including the preparation of relevant test procedures. Additionally, I have participated in customer interactions pertaining to commissioning and warranty relations, working directly under the supervision of the I&C Commissioning Manager.
• Served in the capacity of Instrumentation and Control (I&C) warranty support engineer, with the responsibility for overseeing maintenance activities during the warranty period of operations for the 2 X 266 MW Rabigh Power Plant, the 4 X 664 MW Ghazlan Power Plant, and the 6 X 110 MW Auraiya Gas Power Plant in India.
• Engaged in factory configuration activities pertaining to power plant control systems for both the Ghazlan and Rabigh Power Plants at Mitsubishi's electronics manufacturing facility located in Nagasaki, Japan.
• Assigned as on-call support for the MY-II Yanbu Desalination Plant and SWCC Jubail Power Station projects, participated as a team member in the Y2K assessment for Rabigh Phase-1 Units, and played an active role in the upgrade of the Rabigh Phase-I Data Acquisition System (DAS).
• Presented technical findings to stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project status and goals.

• Maintenance Engineer responsible for overseeing the Fire Alarm Systems at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi.
• Site Engineer responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm and fire protection systems across multiple company locations.
