• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and ELV models for consistency and alignment.
• Review 3D Models from the Main Contractor and Sub Contractors, and checked if its no clashed between our own model, and assured if our own model element follow the location, elevation as per the ID model.
• Run clash detection (Navisworks Manage) and produce clash reports.
• Prepare clash reports, coordination logs, and BIM progress reports.

• Coordinate with Engineers , BIM Lead , BIM Managers to obtain the type of work .
• Prepare BIM Modeling for some Electrical & Mechanical System .
• Prepare room tags, materials tags and title sheets .
• Do some ceiling wall coordination for ceiling Devices & Equipments
• Prepare some shared parameter as per BIM Team Standard
• Attached room names, room number, levels of all Electrical Equipments / Fixtures & Cable trays.
• Prepare Electrical /ELV Cable Tray Schedules
• Prepare Electrical Equipment & Electrical Fixtures Schedules.
• Prepare ELV Equipments, Devices Schedule.
• Prepare test run for clash detection with the use of Naviswork.
• Prepare Sets to categorized the test run for clash detections
• Run the test and group the clashes as per element to reduce the number of clashes.
• Review if all the clashes is hard or soft clashes.
• Prepare viewpoints with attached clash comments for each Clash test results
• Prepare clash log documentation
• Intended Time Frame for the job to be finished.
• Creating accurate, detailed, and information ,3D models of building project

• Report to Methods Engineers and or Supervisor for instructions.
• Receive drawing / modification and possible additional workload.
• To analyze the drawing plan carefully.
• Model the drawing through Auto cad
• After make it in 3D model, with the new programs used in Autocad , I have to check the 3D if the columns , wall, footing, slab, beam ,etc.,are correct based on the plan.
• Base on the 3D Modelling, I have to quantify how many columns, wall, beam, slab, etc. per level
• Estimate how many materials used on each of the following (column, wall, slab, beam etc).
• Make a summary report base on your estimate and quantifying of materials in Excel.
• Submit the report to the Methods Engineer, for cheking of the Quantity of Materials to be used in the site or to be fabricated.
