Grace Dredge

As a sales assistant, my responsibilities included greeting and assisting customers, answering their questions and providing product recommendations, managing inventory and restocking shelves, processing transactions and handling cash, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. I also worked closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and participated in merchandising and promotional activities. My excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as my ability to work well in a team, helped me to provide a positive shopping experience for customers and contribute to the success of the business.

As a babysitter, my responsibilities included providing safe and nurturing care for children of various ages, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework and bedtime routines, and communicating effectively with parents about their child's needs and progress.

As a volunteer for vulnerable special needs children, my responsibilities included providing companionship and support for children with developmental disabilities, physical impairments, and other special needs. I organized and led recreational activities, games, and crafts, assisted with meals and snacks, and provided one-on-one attention and emotional support to children who required extra care. I also worked closely with other volunteers and staff members to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program. My compassion helped to create a supportive environment for the children.
