QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide, risk-based quality management system for a $2.3B program that adheres to ISO 9001 international standards and AS9100/9110 (international Quality Management System standard for the Aviation, Space and Defense) ensuring customers’ expectations and needs are met or exceeded

DATABASE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT: Responsible for establishing, developing, and implementing an effective statistical data monitoring, collection, processing, and evaluation system relevant to company Mission Assurance objectives. The results of my data and systems analysis serve as the basis for evidence-based decision-making across the enterprise.

PROGRAM REPORT GENERATION: Responsible for the gathering of input from all aspects of the business, then developing monthly program reports for senior corporate and government oversight entities. Provide advice on structure and composition of internal audit and inspection reports to ensure plans are effective in meeting Mission Assurance goals regarding independent data collection and analysis.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

• Developed the QSMA directorate Basis of Estimate (BOE) document that accounts for all employees currently working for the program, identifies each section’s major tasks, and justifies individual personnel positions using contractual requirements, deliverables and international standards, as well as the customer and client’s expectations.
• Assist in the development of the Program’s Integrated Master Schedule responsible for tracking all facets of program compliance
• Created standard operating procedures outlining workflow and management’s expectation from personnel. Drafted effective checklists to increase the accuracy and efficiency of audits and to supply more useful data for post-audit analysis.
• Increased customer satisfaction by resolving Contract Deliverable reporting issues.

AUDIT MANAGEMENT: Conducted numerous audits of businesses according to various standards, ranging from simple

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to FSSC 22000 (Food Safety Systems Certification). Prepare audit criteria and scope for each audit according to the specific customer request and contractual requirements.

ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH: Conducted research on the respective field before the audit in order to better understand the processes involved and to generate a business-specific checklist in order to satisfy all audit criteria.

Highlights:

• Inspected work areas regularly to identify safety practices, quality control procedures and worker actions in need of improvement.
• Performed continuous random spot reviews of daily log pages, non-routine and work package contents for completeness, correct use of appropriate references and approved data.
• Delivered third-party audit services at client locations, keeping operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO standards.

DAILY OPERATIONS: Operated and maintained routine laboratory equipment, contributed and followed-up methods and lab

procedures. Evaluated and modified analysis methods to provide the best possible analysis platform.

LAB REPORT FINDINGS: Created final reports in which researched and processed data was entered according to ISO standards of reporting. Demonstrated excellent report writing skills to best convey complex results in an easy-to- understand manner.
