• Preparing the site logistic plans for many huge projects for all projects includes all the construction logistics such the project traffic plans, mobilization plans, phasing plans, cranes studies, equipment’s maneuvering plans, concrete pumps and boom placers logistics, loading and unloading strategies, etc , and I am expert in this task.
• Preparing the RFP, RFI, Time schedule plans, Specs, Scope of work, Procurement plan, Site coordination plan, and QS in addition to preparation of the pouring plans and plan for the work sequences.
• Supported work of the site engineers and supervisors and liaised with off-site designers.
• Assumed responsibility for personnel deployed to work site.

Work in 5 stars hotel construction for 3 main packages:

1- Façade installation of 24,000 m2 (GRC, Aluminum cladding, stone cladding, glass, and curtain walls) The main work for me in this project 2- Public floors finish 7 floors (4000m2 per floor) Gypsum Board, Tiles, Painting, Carpentry..Etc

3- Typical floors finish 27 floors (71 guestrooms per floor)
