La Petite Maison, Mamo Michelangelo, Yauatcha Riyadh, and Meraki Modern Greek Cuisine.

• Coordinated cross-functional teams to deploy HR, inventory, POS, and reservation systems tailored to each venue's needs.
• Collaborated with service providers and facilitated staff training on new technologies to ensure smooth operations.

Provided Tier 1 IT support to non-technical users through desk-side assistance.
