- Maintaining Risk Register and upload/update of Risk Items in the SWCC Power BI portal for all Priorities of Risks and impacting categories of Cost, Time, Safety, Quality, Environmental, Community, Reputation & Security.
- Ø Cost/Contract Management:
- Evaluating Costs and all Variation Order Proposals submitted by Contractor for all disciplines which includes Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls, Civil and other disciplines. Managing Technical Proposal and Contacting Vendors if required with values amounting to 20 million Riyals.
- Response and Approvals to Major Extension of Project (Time and Cost) with all inputs from Consultant and Client.
- Field & Design Engineering/Technical Queries/Field Change Notices/Turnover Documentation/Tie in Packages/Procurement:
- Verifying all Field Engineering Documents and organizing Field Engineering Meetings on a weekly basis to understand and resolve all Field Engineering Issues for Saudi Aramco and SWCC Battery Limits.
- Resolving Technical Queries raised by Contractor by active discussions with Client, Design Engineering team of Consultant and SWCC (Client).
