• Administered medications to patient using Closed Loop Medication Administration (CLMA) independent double checking, comparing to Best Care Domain and dispensing medication thru ADC machine, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescribed dosage observing the 5 patient's rights.
• Documenting procedures, patient's condition, and medications as well nurses notes thru Best Care System.
• Participated and team leader in team project such quality team that reviews and improves PICU process guidelines.
• Continuous education / seminar and workshop within scope of practice.
• Yearly In-Service reporting in relation to PICU cases prior to evaluation.
• Yearly revalidation of specific and generic competencies.
• Flexible to other intensive care units; floated and trained to Neonatal ICU, Adult ICU, Adult Cardiac Care unit, Adult Respiratory ICU and Emergency Department when deem necessary. Cared critical adult and pediatric COVID cases during the pandemic.
• Worked as team leader of the unit and become a preceptor as required.
• Annual attending continuous education trainings and keeping all licensed are up to date.
