• Conduct and document all inspections in accordance with approved ITPs and project QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections for all electrical installations, including cables, conduits, cable trays, panels, grounding, lighting, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and low-current systems.
• Review and verify material deliveries for compliance with approved submittals and project specifications.
• Monitor installation practices to ensure proper workmanship in accordance with the latest IFC, approved shop drawings, and specifications.
• Perform routine inspections before, during, and after installation phases.
• Perform pre-installation, in-progress, and final inspections, ensuring proper workmanship and adherence to standards such as IEC, NEC, IEEE, and NFPA.
• Witness all electrical tests, including insulation resistance, continuity, earth resistance, high-voltage tests, loop impedance, polarity testing, and functional tests for equipment.
• Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning tests to ensure system performance and safety.
• Identify non-conforming work and issue NCRs, verifying corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Maintain QC reports, inspection records, and test documentation for audits and client review.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including checklists, logs, test reports, material verification records, and as-built reviews.
• Assist in the preparation and verification of as-built drawings and test packages.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and QA/QC managers to obtain timely approvals.
• Provide input during technical discussions, QA/QC meetings, and progress reviews.
