As a Project Manager, i have been responsible of budgeting, scheduling, budget forecasting, resource management, site operations and time management, internal and external meetings with clients and sub-contractors for timely execution of the project, contract keeper, project initiation and closure as per NEOM procedures with strict QA/QC compliance, contractual issues related to Variation Order, extension of time (Extension of Time). • Bathymetric and oceanographic survey at First Desalination Plant (FDP) in OXAGON (NEOM)

Working as a Project Manager for several sectors of geotech, structural appraisal, micropilling, Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), resource planning, client handling, project initiation and closure. list of completed projects is as follows:

• Preparation of proposal for Geotechnical/geophysical projects,structural appraisal scope, Structural Health monitoring projects
• Several GI projects in NEOM with full strict NEOM QA/QC compliance.
• Project Manager/Site Engineer for offshore GI project Oval Island in Al-Lith.
• Project Manager/Site Engineer for site execution of Geophysical Investigation i.e. ERT (Electrical Resistivity Tomography) and MASW 2D (Multi channel Seismic Waves analysis), GPR (Ground operating Radar) at NEOM
• I&M Site Data collection, its continuous operation and Monthly and bi-weekly reporting
• Preparing proposal for topographic mapping with conventional and modern techniques like drones and subsurface mapping for utilities and underground structure with Ground Penetrating Radar
• Installation of All kind of sensors (i.e Inclinometers, extensometers (VW Bi-axial), VW crackmeters, three dimensional optical prisms along with automatic total Stations, Weathering Stations and Tiltmeters) at Qiddiya Phase-I and II
• Preparing Geotechnical reports, method statements, JHA for all geotechnical instruments
• Site visits and evaluation of buildings/structures for structural appraisal works
• Execution of designer structural appraisal work at 'Alwefaq Rent a car building' as a Project Manager
• Periodic site visits for real time monitoring and reporting at Sabiq building at Jubail and its reporting

• Riyadh Metro project is rapid transit system consisting of 176 km and 85 stations
• Our scope is limited to L1L2 where I was held responsible for all geotechnical/structural monitoring of aboveground buildings and structures, deep underground station & EES (Emergency Exit shafts)
• During my stay with company my prime responsibilities are as under:
• Acquisition of instruments data (structural/instruments) i.e Building monitoring (structures/bridges), ground monitoring, inclinometers, extensometers, load cells, pressure cells, tiltmeters, crackmeters, all kind of piezometers and etc
• Analysis of all data with geotechnical aspects and informing our client as per agreed protocols
• Preparing Geotechnical reports, method statements, JHA for all geotechnical instruments, daily progress reports and managing database
• Arranging training, trouble shooting of our software (Geoscope G7) for our clients
• Periodic meeting with Client for on-going issues regarding Instrumentation and monitoring, proposal status

• Working at Kwun Tong Line Extension (KTE-1001) where weekly instrumentation report, preparing DPA (detailed Plan of Action) reports at Alarm Breach, Stereographic data compilation, ICE submission, executing mapping/probing and reporting, as-built mapping records
• Monitored pre- and post-production operations for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
• Participated in design specification review meetings, coordinating with inter-departmental teams to align ongoing efforts and overall business goals.
• Monitored installation and operations to consistently meet rigorous customer requirements.

• Works as Instrumentation engineer on project i.e 823A,823B,824 and 825 on XRL with D&B, TBM and cut and cover method
• At HATS-2A project, I worked as a Tunnel Engineer/Engineering Geologist where my key responsibilities are face mapping, support design as tunnel engineer and instrumentation engineer and executing all cyclic activities
• Planned and conducted exploration effectively.
• Established and implemented safety protocols for mining operations to prevent work-related incidents.
• Evaluated geological survey data and created models for predicting future resource availability.
• Wrote, reviewed and edited technical document in accordance with template requirements.

• Blasting design for Headrace/Tailrace Tunnel, Rock face evaluation on RMR, Q-systems for finalizing support (Shotcrete, rockbolt design, work at 47m high RCC dam, four (04) gated spillways, de-sendar, Underground Powerhouse Cavern and Transformer Hall, Its supervision and Quality Manager, Quality Assurance test plan as per design and Specs, Installation/grouting of strand anchor, bar anchor, Cavern excavation sequence (Powerhouse/Transformer Hall)
• Reviewed technical drawings developed by CAD technicians and drafters.
• Developed positive working relationships with stakeholders to effectively coordinate work activities.
• Documented and developed engineering procedures and processes.
• Designed and implemented quality control processes to facilitate customer satisfaction.
• Led engineering teams to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.

• Working at feasibility study and detailed design and tender document preparation for 7100 MW (Megawatt) Bunji Hydropower Project where I have been working at preparing Groundwater report at Tailrace Area, Slope Stability Analysis and Recommendations at Shengus Landslide Area, Reporting Instrumentation Plan in the Tailrace Area

• Field Investigation reports (logging, laboratory testing, field investigation plan, finalizing draft geotechnical report at Various Hydropower Projects (Jabori HPP, 3HPP, Koto HPP)

• Geotechnical Report of various projects (PARCO- Lat lasbella, OHR-Multan, Grid Station I-16, Islamabad and Groundwater Evaluation of Kasur & Sheikhupura through Resistivity Survey (ResixP software)
• Displayed strong communication and interpersonal skills while visiting clients, jobsites and consultant offices to support project and business development needs.
