(STC EBU Customer Site Assessment Project)
Duties and Responsibility:
1 - Perform an initial technical assessment on customer location using required telecoms application such as Telcordia NE tool application and gives feedback if the customer has an existing telecom facility on his Main Telecom room like copper and fiber.
2 - Ensure on-site physical survey is conducted as per approved procedures and with accepted quality levels.
3 - Follow up Coordination with Field Teams, STC (Saudi Telecoms) area managers and engineers, STC account managers working with EBU (Enterprise Business Unit) customer account and customer contact whenever it's required to perform site survey correctly and properly.
4 - Provide STC Engineers the best recommendations and possible alternative solutions (such as PTMP – Point to Multipoint or PTP Point to Point) on how the EBU – Enterprise Business Unit customer establishment can be served.
5 - Provide technical assistance and system support to field surveyor.
6 - Ensure all field teams have the necessary knowledge to perform site survey correctly, escalate and observed issues to BAZY area managers and project quality supervisors to take the necessary actions.
7 - Provide training to newly hire Support Engineers and Technician.
8-Served as primary point of contact for support relating to owned solutions and products.

Duties and Responsibility:
1- Internal Wiring and Customer Readiness Solutions Project Coordinate with the customer and obtain the required work permit
The contractor shall submit the required documents and information required to issue these work permits
2- Provide the required material and resources required to implement the solution
3- Handle the required logistic to ensure smooth service delivery
4- Ensure that the survey procedure is correctly applied by all project teams
5- Evaluate the survey report quality by check random samples to identify the issues and propose corrective actions
6- Check the new criteria and updates that need to be included in the procedure and complete the necessary action.
