• Managing the full project lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning and handover, ensuring alignment with project objectives, contractual requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Reviewing feasibility inputs, project scope, risks, and technical/operational requirements to establish clear project baselines and decision frameworks.
• Preparing tender packages—including SOW, TOR, specifications, and evaluation criteria—while reviewing bidder inquiries and ensuring clarity and completeness of all issued documents.
• Managing technical and commercial evaluations, reviewing bidder compliance and scoring, and approving award recommendations in coordination with contractual and technical teams.
• Reviewing design submissions, interface coordination, and regulatory requirements across conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design stages to ensure adherence to standards and project intent.

• Quality Assurance (QA):
• Managing the overall quality management system (QMS) and ensuring project-wide compliance with contractual, regulatory, and international standards (ASME, API, AWS, ASNT, ISO, BS).
• Reviewing and approving quality plans, including PQP, QCP, audit schedules, supplier qualification programs, and compliance frameworks.
• Controlling internal and external audits, surveillance visits, and vendor quality assessments, ensuring corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Reviewing contractor quality submissions, procedures, staffing competencies, and documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Approving QMS documentation, inspection programs, verification processes, and quality-related deliverables issued by contractors and suppliers.
• Quality Control (QC):
• Managing and approving QC procedures including WPS, PQR, WPQ, ITPs, NDT plans, testing procedures, material verification procedures, hydrotest/PWHT procedures, and reinstatement procedures.
• Reviewing inspection checkpoints, compliance findings, and QC records to ensure accuracy, traceability, and conformance to applicable codes and contractual specifications.
• Managing vendor QC activities including factory audits, fabrication surveillance, and approval of vendor inspection documents.
• Approving test packs, punch lists, reinstatement files, and completion documentation required for mechanical completion and project handover.
• Controlling NCR issuance, CAPA cycles, root cause analysis, and ensuring timely closure of non-conformities.
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant international codes, project specifications, and approved drawings during inspection and testing activities

• Managing inspections for static equipment, piping systems, tanks, boilers, furnaces, and pressure assets in accordance with API and applicable international standards, and reviewing inspection findings to support asset reliability and safe operation.
• Reviewing and approving integrity assessments, degradation evaluations, and repair scopes based on API 510/570/653/579 requirements, ensuring technical soundness and compliance.
• Managing RBI and FFS assessments, reviewing corrosion mechanisms, risk evaluations, remaining-life assessments, and approving inspection or repair actions based on engineering judgement.
• Overseeing shutdown inspection scopes, tie-in readiness, isolation requirements, and coordination of inspection/execution activities, including valves of all types (gate, globe, control, safety, check, etc.).
• Reviewing shutdown findings, assessing required repairs, approving repair methods, material requirements, and ensuring reinstatement and startup readiness in line with project and regulatory expectations.
