Saudi Aramco - HCIS Security Systems Upgrade Project:

• Prepare Work breakdown structure as per project scope of work for Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
• Coordinate with project team to develop detailed project work schedule for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction using Primavera (P6).
• Verify Project work schedule is aligned with contractual milestones.
• Develop project progress measurement system (PMS) as per approved baseline.
• Develop summary project progress status for management
• Identify upcoming project critical activities & communicate with the required team in advance.
• Compare planned Vs actual activity start and completion date and identify delays.
• Prepare monthly & weekly project progress report.
• Update project progress using Primavera and share lookaheads reports.
• Prepare project invoice sheet as per approved baseline.
• Prepare & submit Invoices as per project milestones & progress completion.
• Attend and lead project progress status meetings with the client and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Participate in change order negotiation meeting with client.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecast for management.
• Verify subcontractors claimed invoices.
• Prepare subcontractor progress invoice sheet.
• Prepare monthly construction expenditures report for management.

• Review feed package and scope of work to verify HCIS compliance.
• Understanding the technical requirement and the SOW to estimate the project's cost.
• Communicate with all discipline engineers to finalize proposal MTO for final estimation and bid submission.
• Generate the BOQ & MTO for clients.
• Prepare ROM price for potential clients.
• Prepare a technical proposal based on client's requirements.
• Prepare detailed pricing sheet which includes all aspects of the project's cost for management review.
• Attend technical meetings with clients.
• Conduct site visit to potential project location & prepare site visit report.
• Identifying all potential clients across KSA.
  

Saudi Aramco - Jizan Refinery & Marine Terminal HCIS Security Systems Project:

• Coordinate with the subcontractor regarding any issues in the field.

• Coordinate with other contractors regarding area handover issues.

• Attend weekly progress meeting with client.

• Prepare red lines drawings for any changes in the design.

• Supervise construction and installation work in the field.

• Prepare & submit weekly and monthly progress report.

• Prepare monthly manpower report for the project & submit to management and client.

• Update weekly construction activities list for the subcontractor.
