• Comply with all SAMA framework controls related to BCM.
• Training and awareness for all key staff.

Implement, review and update (BIA, CMP, BCP, DRP) test reports/documents for
all IT and Business Departments/Units.
Leading DR live test twice for 2019 and 2020.

Building and Executing Business Continuity Plans
Participation, Implementation, and testing BC site.
Ensures that continuity can be provided for all new and updated IT services.
Closing External / Internal Audit observations on BCM Department.
Updating BCM’s KPI.
