HSE Officer Project Oversight: Currently overseeing safety for a Construction Project involving a manpower peak of 70+. Permit Management: Ensure 100% compliance with the Safe Work Permit System, including Hot Work, Confined Space, and Excavation permits. High-Risk Monitoring: Conduct daily inspections of scaffold erection/dismantling, crane lifting operations, and equipment energization to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco/SABICequivalent standards. Training & Orientation: Facilitate HSE induction for new employees and daily Tool Box Talks (TBT) to promote safety awareness and hazard identification. Incident Management: Assist the HSE Manager in investigating near-misses and accidents; developing and enforcing permanent preventive measures to achieve zero LTI (Lost Time Injury).
