✓ Supervising the operation and maintenance contracts for the streets of the city of East Riyadh.
✓ Supervising the project to supply the buildings of the Solar Executive Complex

Supervising operation and maintenance projects and preparing the necessary reports.
Preparing field monitoring reports, project progress, inspection, evaluation, and maintenance plans
Necessary.
Analyzing and developing contracts and projects, measuring performance indicators and administrative development.
Follow up all electrical work in operation and maintenance departments (buildings and municipal facilities,
Bridges and tunnels, and management of rainwater and flood drainage.)

Establishment of the department on the company, which include the following

activities:

Low current and networking in buildings and constructions.

• Optical fiber work (ISP, OSP, and NBB FTTH).

• Mobile Installation & Maintenance work (GSM, 3G, 4G, and 5G).

• Other Communication solutions (VHF-UHF, VSAT, and Other technical solutions).

STC as a vender and main contractor, Zain under NOKIA Saudi as a vender and main contractor, Chinese company "CCS" as a main contractor.

● Establishment of a call center for civil defense Emergency communications.

● Establishment of VHF/UHF network for civil defense Emergency communications

● Establishment of Monitoring center for civil defense Emergency Fire-alarms.

● Commissioning &configuration firefighting &fire-alarm systems.

● Establishment a Local Area Network (LAN) civil defense network.

● Follow up the safety procedures in buildings, factories and power stations.

● Ensure the validity and effectiveness of manual and automatic fire extinguishing and

alarm systems.

● Training of workers in power stations ((hydro and thermal power stations), power transmission stations, and electricity distribution stations on the procedures and requirements of safety and implementation of plans for evacuation, rescue, firefighting and first aid.

● All practical police work.

● All civil defense works daily operation.

• Follow all teams of Installations and Maintenance for Telecom & Electrical work in BTS Zain Shelter.
• Inspection and auditing for operation maintenance work for electrical and telecom devices and equipments inside the shelter.
