1. Business units to request vessels master Pre-arrival details (44 points).
2. Collect the all Pre-arrival documents from vessel command and submit to all Concerned port Authorities.
3. Register the vessel with Port Authority system “Fasah for EP Region / PCS - KAP”
4. This is vital important to declare all in transit cargo to local authorities e.g Alcoholic beverage, Military cargo, if any other prohibited cargo as port rules & regulation in 72/48hrs. For vessel with short distance 12hrs.
5. Arrange vessel ETA to port and terminals for berthing schedule.
6. Arrange cargo load/Discharge list to terminal for cleared monitoring cargo Operations.
7. Update Daily berthing plan to Geneva Operation desk.
1- Responsible for marketing stuff for Agility KSA.
2- Preparing Management report
3- Procuring best rates for all marketing items from market
4- Responsible for follow up with existing clients and arranging meetings and follow up for new business and for payment.
5- Arranging meeting with new clients for the sales team
6- Responsible to arrange registration with new companies of Agility interest.
7- Coordinating with carriers for securing rates
8- Updating all projects reports in one view system
9- Updating weekly sales/Freight forwarding report for management in one view system.
10- Keeping and maintaining records of all bids and contracts
11- Following up with origin offices for the rates
12- Supporting country bid team for the proposal/biddings
