Neonatal Department

• Ensure that all patients receive appropriate and timely care according to their medical needs.
  Monitor patients' progress and address any concerns or changes in their condition.
• Supervise the administration of medications and treatments prescribed by doctors.
  Perform clinical procedures (e.g., wound dressing, catheterization) when necessary.
  
• Lead the response to medical emergencies within the unit or ward.
  

Hemodialysis unit

• Conduct pre- and post-dialysis assessments, including vital signs, weight, and overall health status.
• Monitor for signs of complications such as hypotension, cramps, or vascular access issues during dialysis.
• Prepare the dialysis machines and ensure they are functioning properly.
• Start, monitor, and terminate dialysis sessions safely and efficiently.
  
• Recognize and respond to complications such as clotting, bleeding, or machine malfunctions.
  Administer emergency interventions, such as saline infusion or oxygen therapy, as required.
