Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist
- Conducted formal and informal speech, language, and AAC assessments for paediatric clients, resulting in accurate diagnosis and targeted intervention plans.
- Conduct more than 40 therapy sessions weekly.
- Provide accurate feedback to patients' caregivers, utilising percentage progress metrics to track and communicate therapy outcomes effectively.
- Administer evidence-based speech and language therapy interventions for Arabic and English-speaking paediatric patients with developmental disorders, including Autism, ADHD, and various special needs, as well as those with phonological and articulation difficulties ,and AAC users.
- Generate detailed assessment reports and monthly progress reports for each patient to be shared with the schools, families, and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and special needs teachers in daily bases.
- Lead external training programs providing training sessions for schools staff and parents.
- Manage a challenging caseload and implement behaviour management strategies to ensure optimal therapy outcomes.
- Provide both group and one-to-one therapy sessions.
