Senior GRO

Responsible for visa processing and submitting visa applications to immigration and labour offices for the following: KSA employment visa, renewal / transfer visa, visit visa, tourist visa and foreign visa required for business travel after ensuring proper documentation also i do renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of company legal entities to ensure that the documents are up-to-date.

HSE Coordinator

As an HSE Officer, my primary objective is to impart the fullest of my abilities in ensuring that all the people involved in the company comply with the health, safety, and environmental protocols.

PR Manager

• Coordinating with HR Manager and Business development Manager all public relations activities
• Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
• Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.

PR Manager

• Supporting the community relations with all departments when needed, especially with regards to events and the production with development business manager.
• Providing support to senior management with HR Manager regards to research and the delivery of information to staff and other take holders
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Liaising with third-party organisations to produce name of company.
• Assisting the internal communication team admin duties.

• HR Administrative Requirements to me:
• Certification in human resources, management or similar.
• Proven experience in an HR role.
• Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
• The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
• Must be approachable and helpful.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Good ethical judgment.
