• Preparing and renewing employment contracts and working to terminate contracts upon request for all employees (according to company policy - labor office regulations).
• Preparing all required warnings to company employees (according to Labor Office regulations).
• Preparing experience certificates and release letters for all company employees (according to company policy).
• Follow up on the official work email and carry out all work tasks requested.
• Responsible for following up on medical insurance regarding employees’ medical approvals and communicating with the insurance official to complete the required tasks completely and accurately.
• Follow up on employee inquiries and requests, whether by phone or email.
• Responsible for receiving employment applications and completing recruitment procedures.
• Preparing and following up on exit and return visas for annual/emergency leaves and final exit by sending a copy of the approved leave to the competent administrator to complete the necessary.
