  • Establish and manage a proactive succession planning program to ensure critical roles are filled with the right internal talent
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans for future leadership roles
  • Enhance employees career path with creating Individual plane Development (IPD)
  • Managing IPDs with clear goals and Resources and support to enhance employees performance to move from position to other in order creating opportunities for growth
