In my current role, I am alfanar's SAP Operation manager. alfanar is a Saudi conglomerate with international presence and 20,000+ employees. I lead alfanar digitalization transformation strategy, technology team and operation with the aim to improve business excellence, create new business models and digitalize shopfloor and corporate operations. Key priorities:
- Build Group corporate IT
- Establish offshore centre
- Launch Group innovation and digitalization lab
I was Head of SAP manufacturing, digital supply chain and product lifecycle mangment implementation in alfanar's sectors, which accounted for around more half of the overall alfanar's revenue.
I also led other positions in alfanar as I was responsible for digital transformation and innovation in PLM and R&D and I headed strategy for that.
I led the formation of Consulting with focus on Digital Transformation, Cloud, Big Data and Risk Management.
I worked with global technology vendors, negotiating and managing complex contract lifecycles and vendor relationships.
i.e. IT Supplier Management, IT Portfolio Management, Contract & Vendor Management, Contract Negotiations, Digital Transformation, Risk & Compliance.
Assisted in transformation program projects documentation including: project charter, project calendar, project staffing, workshop calendars, milestones, testing schedules, etc.
Assisted in program management plan in coordination with vendor and alfanar stakeholders (scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement, etc).
Assisted alfanar in Vendor evaluation and selection process for Projects/ Programs.
Reviewed the project plans developed by vendors for different projects and coordinate with them to produce a project plan and along stakeholders.
Assisted the PMO Governance with the support of alfanar and Vendors associated with the delivery.
Reviewed/ Tracked the projects/Program status on a periodical basis and follow up with the stakeholders for completion of tasks and activities as per the plan.
Closely working with application and development unit, evaluate and design solutions across all IT functions and working at the point of need.
Develop business cases and initiative prioritization in conjunction with the business and other technology teams.
In charge of enterprise, solution, infrastructure, security and data architecture, and will act as the authority for designing solutions to address business requirements.
Oversee adherence to the architecture strategy, principles and framework throughout group technology landscape.
Oversee the vendor management and ecosystem building, working with key partners to ensure the implementation of the Roadmaps and Standards.

Outside work, I am an active philanthropist. I also enjoy early hours sports, travel and reading. I am fluent in both English and Arabic.
