I had refereed Under 6,7 and 8's every Saturday for 2 years.

When refereeing I developed a lot of important and useful skills such as:

• Promoted fair play and sportsmanship by consistently applying game rules and officiating with integrity.
• Managed conflicts effectively and efficiently by mediating disputes between players, coaches, and spectators when necessary.
• Developed strong communication skills through regular interaction with players, coaches, assistant during games.

I coached a junior soccer team for My school King's Baptist. I coached the Year 3/4 SACSA soccer carnival team. I mentored this team to win games whilst also having fun playing soccer. This team went on to win the soccer carnival.

Through this experience I developed many skills to use in the work place such as:

• Promoted love of game by assisting players with understanding positioning, play techniques, and teamwork strategies.
• Provided mentorship to players, fostering personal growth alongside athletic development through guidance on topics such as leadership, teamwork, and discipline.
