Duties:

• PMC services for design, construction, Testing & Commissioning and handing over of 4 entertainment centers
• Led all Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities ensuring system functionality, integration, and compliance.
• Developed and implemented T&C and Handover plans, schedules, and strategies aligned with project milestones.
• Coordinated with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of T&C works.
• Supervised system testing, inspections, and integrated system testing (TCIR/ATP Process) across all disciplines.
• Ensured closure of snags, defects, and non-conformities before final handover.
• Managed and verified handover documentation, including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and test certificates.
• Facilitated client and FM team training and ensured smooth transition to operations.
• Reported T&C and handover progress through dashboards and presentations to senior management.
• Take part in creating the project management plans for Program 5's seven projects, including the stakeholder management plan, quality management plan, risk management plan, etc.
• Conduct all the issues related to construction management.
• Assigned as a quality champion and take responsibility for quality issues for the three projects under Program Five.
• Conduct the weekly construction, quality and technical meetings with all stakeholders (client, PMC, CMC, LDC and contractor) and take and issue the minutes of the meetings accordingly.

The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a new 1.6million square meter site to the north of central Riyadh that once completed, will include more than 3 million square meters of development. The KAFD is designed to include premier office space (primarily for professionals working within the financial sector and related industries), housing,

a financial academy and associated recreational facilities, our scope is to manage the entire area – parcels (20 different usage parcels, high rise buildings).

Preparation of O&M and Facilities Management (FM) tender documents and drawings, approval of the O&M Contractor’s staff deployment and material submittals, review of procurement orders and submitting them to the Client for approval, advising the Client on all matters related to programming and cost control, site supervision and review of all O&M components to ensure their compliance with contract requirements, issuing work orders, and approval of subcontractors’ appointment, for the project’s main components (total built-up area of 2.8 million m²), including 8 academic colleges, student union building, 6 health sciences colleges and amenity building, research Centre, 107,000 m² hospital, library and convention Centre, housing for students and families, and a service strip consisting of water tanks, chillers, boilers, solar system, sewage treatment plant, warehouses, workshops, and a central main kitchen

Detailed design (according to LEED requirements), tender documents and supervision of construction for all buildings, infrastructure utilities, landscaped areas and internal road networks related to an educational complex with a total built-up area of 2.8 million m², including 9 academic colleges, 7 medical colleges, 2 medical research laboratories, 450-bed hospital, central library, administration building, ceremonial piazza, housing units for 11,000 single students, 400 villas for senior staff housing, 1,400 apartments for junior staff housing, sports facilities, mosques and central utility plants

The project is a conventional center located in the Al Madinah near the Madinah Meridien Hotel, the site gross area is approximately 91000sqm, and the total built up area is around 40,000 sqm.

The conventional center consists mainly of the following functions: Large exclusive theater which is ready to accommodate 2500 audiences, One Large exhibition hall, Three Multi-purpose halls, Meeting Rooms, Business center, Auditorium & Media Center, Main Convention Theater, and Service Facilities.

Duties:

• Managing the MEP activities on site and reviewing all risk assessment method statements (RAMS), trackers and programs for construction completion.
• Witnessing of the MEP and Commissioning inspections on behalf of the client.
• Audit the Commissioning and MEP processes on timely basis.
• Formulate the commissioning manual with all templates required for the contractors and specialists to follow as per the client’s handover management plan.
• Interact and negotiate with clients on various technical and commercial activities to minimize the effect of time and cost by the end of the project.
• Recruit commissioning staff for managing the construction and commissioning activities.
• Populate Commissioning Activity Schedules (CAS Sheets) as per the project records for the reference of the client and end user for a proper handover to the facilities management.
• Assist the site teams in solving and troubleshooting the problems in a professional environment.
• Hold coordination meetings with all stakeholders to formulate a commissioning plan in compliance with the project specifications and Owners Project Requirements (OPR’s) as per the baseline construction program.

• Developing, reviewing and updating the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and programs.
