I was able to complete the delivery of the Al-Sadhan market project in Riyadh in a record time in 21 days instead of 60 days and to provide a cooling system that works efficiently only in cooperation with five specialized technicians and work 16 hours a day during the project period.
I have received a baptism from the Ministry of Information and Communication on a Chinese-made product in the field of energy saving in the air conditioning system (VRF-Variable Refrigeration Flow).
It was a challenge to obtain the approval of the Ministry of Education on Carrier products, but using the technical comparison and energy saving strategy I was able to obtain a direct baptism from the ministry, which led to an increase in sales of the company by SR 13 million in 2010. I got an appreciate letter on this achievement from top management.
I designed an archiving system for engineering drawings for the R & D department In Al Essa Industries and linked the system to the production department, the quality department, the procurement department and the warehouses, which reduced the production error rate to 3% and reduce the inventory by 40%.
