• Lead technical review meetings involving engineering team and clients to ensure engineering drawings approval, engineering stage close out, and better scope control.
• Work with supply chain team to ensure timely purchase requisitions floating with suppliers, quotations receipt, and purchase orders placement as per project specifications and requirements.

• Work with supply chain team to ensure on time commodities release for manufacturing, periodic supplier progress reviews, and implementing proper risk response for prompt risk mitigation.

Project Management Supervisor and Action Head of Project Management having all roles and responsibilities of Project Management Head listed in my current role.

• Well understanding the projects' contracts, standards, quality, commercial requirements for self-oriented leadership of the project.
• Prepare all required aspects with the client cooperation to successfully execute projects such as developing engineering documentation requirements, schedules, budgets, supply chain processes, quality procedures, and manufacturing execution plans.
• Ensure control of technical and commercial scope throughout the project life cycle by communicating with multi-cross functional teams and client.
• Daily follow up and update project's status reports and schedule to ensure workflow smoothness, control project aspects, and meet deadlines. Then, project status to be informed in regular basis to upper management.

• Daily communication with all project stakeholders such as Project Management Team (PMT), proponent, and operation team to ensure proactivity, client satisfaction, and fast corrective action/response if needed.
• Maintain liaison within EPC contractor engineering, procurement, and construction departments to manage and plan submissions and execution schedules.
• Playing a key role in obtaining engineering phases approved by client such as receiving client comments, discuss & distribute them to discipline lead engineers, and follow up to ensure closure. In addition, major contributor in obtaining construction phases approved by client such as ensuring site preparation, material/equipment procurement on time, passing quality procedure/tests, and proper equipment installation as per standard.
• Conduct site activities by reviewing execution plans, ensuring availability of equipment and manpower needed, and liaising construction team with vendors and suppliers.
• Process procurement by floating service/material request, collecting proposal, leading kickoff meetings (KOM), expediting TC's, TBE's, MR's, & NMRs from vendors.

• Inspect, adjust, repair, and install a verity of mechanical equipment and mechanical parts of electrical machinery utilized in power plants.
• Make repairs and troubleshooting on high pressure vessels such as steam lines, boiler tubes, fire boxes, spark plugs and pumps of turbines.
• Develop, apply, and maintain an effective program of equipment and maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments' representatives for execution plans and shutdown for conducting critical maintenance.
• Conduct critical maintenance which includes Combustion Inspection (CI) maintenance (14 days duration), Hot Gas maintenance (28 days duration), and full major maintenance (56 days duration).
