- Setup the supply chain policy and procedures , depend on that link which a few supply chain directors could do between Operational, Procurement, Finance and other department reaching the ideal E.R.P.
- Develop the structure of supply chain management across supply chain activities (procurement, logistics, stores and inventory) .
- Implement that key liaison with clients through procurement, logistics, stores and inventory to insure the customer satisfaction .
- Uniting the strategy of supply chain with the goals of the organization’s to gain both targets which are( customer satisfaction with highest profitability ) through the lowest possible operation cost.
- Studding and planning the product life cycles including all information about suppliers and all the rapid new product introductions, which serve the sophisticated customers.
- Focused on the flexibility of manufacturing levels and in what way could be interactive with rapid changes on sales demand as long as to improve and sustain marketplace is the main target.
- Setup and preparing reports to the board of directors that would facilitate proper decision-making.
- Apply a structured methodology KPIs of all the supply chain activities (procurement, logistics, stores and inventory) take into eyes of consideration the internally and externally influence of supply chain management .
- Oversee staff training to ensure the quality of the development and creativity process.
- Preparing the implementation of the following:
Procurement :-
- Ensure the safety of procurement department procedure to increase the performance reaching maximum utilization.
- Prepare the purchasing forecast (budgetary) for different regions which help in negotiation to save up to 20% from the operation cost.
- Reviewing purchasing contracts to ensure the continuity and enhancements of services with lowest cost.
- Develop terms and conditions of supply contracts for materials, goods, and services.
- Conclusion agreements with suppliers that guarantees lowest purchasing price.
- Ensure that all purchase orders are delivered in the shortest possible for all customization.
- Reducing transportation time and costs of delivery up to 10%.
- Plan the stock level to decrease the cost of inventory up to 15% and increase the capital turn over up to 15%.
- Reducing costs of purchase and inventories up to 15%.
- Increase efficiency & negotiation power through centralizing procurement for all divisions and regions up to 20%.
LOGISTIC:-
- Good ability to build relationships with Logistics mediators and work closely with transport companies to ensure that the shipment always is adequately protected to enhance the value of company's assets.
- Always ready to any changes to operating procedures, prioritization or any problems must be documented and communicated accurately.
- Required to process all technical details relating to possible transportation, such as customs regulations and any other necessary documentation.
- Able to evaluate the efficiency of the costs transportation, services and inventory within the budget and distribution strategy.
- Having a good knowledge of national and international import/export legislation.
- Having adequate ability to deal with any troubleshoot that may appear in the international freight transportation.
WAREHOUSE:-
- Storehouse Planning.
- Storehouse & store control system. o Annual Inventory.
- Calculate annual reports. o The inventory turnover (relation between cost reduction & inventory turnover).
- Slow moving items.
