1-MEP project management responsibilities:

• Leading complete office & site construction team in the execution of MEP works(Electrical High current & Low current systems including Low voltage,small power,lighting,Fire alarm,Security,Audio video,Data,Mechanical systems including HVAC ,Plumbing ,Fire Fighting,swimming pools....)
• Planning
• cost control
• Producing Variation orders in coordination with commercial team
• Producing IPAs,Invoices & subcontractors invoices in coordination with QS team

2-Project Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:

• Execute the Mechanical installation work on site(CHW,Ducting ,AHUs,Fans, Chillers, FCUs,pumps, flushing,Fire fighting systems,Plumbing,….),balancing, testing & commissioning with a team of site Engineers,supervisors, foremen & technicians.
• Follow Material submittals & shop drawings approvals with consultant.
• Take-off & Requesting materials & equipments needed on site & following delivery with Procurement.
• Follow inspection requests approval with QC & consultant.
• Follow subcontractors
• Raise necessary RFIs(request for information) to the client & follow replies.

3-Engineering responsibilities:

• Producing Mechanical Shop drawings(HVAC,Fire Fighting and Plumbing) by leading team of draftsmen.
• HVAC,Plumbing & Fire Fighting design whenever required (incl cooling load calculations,ESP calculations,CHW pipe & duct sizing,Fire pump calculations,Drainage & Water supply pipe sizing & miscellaneous Plumbing calculations...).

Responsibilities:

• Producing Mechanical Shop drawings(HVAC,Fire Fighting and Plumbing) by leading team of draftsmen.
• Performing the required calculations and re-design required following the site conditions.
• Execute the Mechanical installation work on site(CHW,Ducting ,AHUs,Fans, Chillers, FCUs,pumps, flushing,Fire fighting systems,Plumbing,compressed air piping,Natural gaz piping ….),balancing, testing & commissioning with a team of site Engineers,supervisors, foremen & technicians.
• Follow Material submittals & shop drawings approvals with consultant.
• Take-off & Requesting materials & equipments needed on site & following delivery with Procurement.
• Follow inspection requests approval with QC & consultant.
• Follow subcontractors on daily basis & finalizing invoices.
• Raise necessary RFIs(request for information) to the client & follow replies.
• Generate variation orders & follow-up approval with client.
• Assist QS team in invoicing the Mechanical works.

• Developing HVAC shop drawings with team of draftsmen and reviewing shop drawings performed by offshore design office.
• Coordinating with other disciplines through MEP synthesis team.
• following the approval of shop drawings with the main contractor(Saudi Oger) & the consultant(ARAMCO)
• Raising RFIs(request for information), following TQs(technical queries) and change orders.
• Providing technical support for the site team regarding the drawings,method of statement ,materials and specifications.
• Technical review of equipments submittals & following their approvals.
• Technical support & coordination with the duct workshop.
• Coordination with civil, electrical & BMS department.

Project: PNU (Princess Noura University)-building 4.9-Largest University in the Middle East.

• Leading all Site mechanical services works in the building on site (HVAC ,Plumbing, Fire fighting, Cold rooms & Fountains)
• Site coordination between the different mechanical sub-contractors,civil team,QC team & consultant

Project:U&V Mall (Mall with 14 cinema halls,restaurants….)

• Drafting and Developing Mechanical shop drawings(HVAC, Plumbing & fire fighting)
• Performing AHUs,fans and pumps ESP calculations.
