Studied cross-sections, road profiles, and general plans to set overall project execution plans and timelines
Reviewed and approved supplier technical submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications
Coordinated with consultants and client representatives as the primary technical point of contact throughout project execution
Managed resource planning and progress across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring works stayed aligned with schedule and budget
Oversaw quality and technical compliance of completed works prior to handover, resolving issues raised by supervision consultants
Directed and supervised site engineering teams across projects, reviewing their output and approving completed sections for handover

Site/Execution Engineers' Responsibilities (team under supervision):
Estimated quantities for road-related and utility network activities on a daily/weekly basis
Supervised installation and commissioning of waste water, storm water, and water networks
Monitored trench excavation, bedding, pipe-laying, and backfilling works on site for compliance with drawings and specifications
Prepared house connection sheets for properties along network routes
Coordinated daily with supervision consultants during handover of completed sections and resolved punch-list items
Maintained daily site records and reported progress to project management

Project: Waste Water South Amman Collection System — Trunk Line (B)
Worked as part of the planning team on a major waste water collection system project, supporting tender preparation and project planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepared work bills and design profiles for project activities
Carried out quantity take-offs and account measurements to support tender pricing
Assisted in the technical and financial preparation of tender submissions
Processed and organized documentation required to qualify for project tenders

Project: Al Doha Project — Construction
Worked on-site overseeing finishing and structural works across a multi-building residential/commercial development, coordinating daily execution with the supervision team.
Key Responsibilities:
Controlled and monitored finishing works across 12 buildings and structural works across 8 buildings, ensuring compliance with approved standard codes and specifications
Followed up daily execution progress on site against the approved schedule
Inspected completed works before handover and flagged non-conformities for correction
Coordinated with the supervision consultant during handover of completed works and resolved punch-list items

Project: Aqaba University Phase (1)
Worked on-site as part of the execution team on a university building project, overseeing structural, mechanical, and electrical works in coordination with the project supervision team.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitored and controlled structural, mechanical, and electrical works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Reviewed shop drawings and coordinated their implementation with the execution crew
Prepared work bills and verified account quantities against completed works
Coordinated with the supervision consultant during handover of completed works and resolved site-level issues

Worked as part of the site execution team on a waste water network project, responsible for the day-to-day supervision of pipeline installation works on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervised installation and commissioning of waste water pipelines with diameters ranging from 150mm to 400mm, in line with approved drawings and specifications
Monitored excavation, bedding, pipe-laying, and backfilling activities to ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements
Coordinated with surveyors to verify pipe levels and alignment against design profiles
