• I had a 6 months with the commissioning team for the ASU, SAPU, and POLO units. Moreover, the activities are NLT,MRT,Function test, install new heat tracing line and support the operation team to energization and de-energization voltage level 4.16kV and 460V finally, completed the activities with a policy of safety
• I attended first turnaround with FARABI petrochemicals the duration for 3 months it was including a many activities such as, changeover the load between the incomers and bus coupler, PM on the MV distribution transformers with the NGR system, run the generator with load, batteries capacity test for UPS system, install new motor did the test WR& IR, install new VFD and did the parameter and did the test WR& IR and PM of capacitor bank completed the activities with a policy of safety

normal activities: -

• PM (preventive maintenance)

LV and feeders, MV motors and feeders, online greasing motor, replace the oil for motor, VFD , Cathodic protection, Earth pit, Overhead crane, MOV.

• CM (corrective maintenance)

LV motors, Lighting, Relays, Breaker, UPS, heat tracing and Batteries and actuator.

• PDM (protective maintenance)
• AC and DC UPS, EMD generator run test and monitoring for substations.
• After done all these things which are mention before I have to write the daily report and send it to supervisor.

• focusing on the theoretical more than practical
• Took the concept from the PM activities and how the the teamwork it will be and how the business it will move up.
• Final report in the collage as per what I get knowledge with the company.
