  • Implementation of all the HSE activities under the guidance of project HSE Department.
  • Implementing the plan and coordinate safety initiatives also programs, utilizing engineering concepts and technology to prevent or address unsafe acts, conditions and environmental working circumstances.
  • Plan and coordinate safety meetings at sites, recording Minutes of meeting, ensure timely closure of actionable & reporting to Corporate HSE Department.
  • Managing all HSE related site inspections such as operations and maintenance work, Electrical tools inspections, PTW, lifting tools & tackles inspection, PPE Inspection, documenting it in statistics as and when required, etc.
  • Leading different trainings simulated exercise and also mock drills for all site team.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement such as Traffic & Police other ministry departments and emergency services.
  • Designate and properly train HSE Wardens to assist with the implementation of HSE.
  • Participate actively in accident / incident investigations, analyzing root causes, any emergencies, and reporting as needed.
  • Ensure that all sites have a culture of Safety and awareness by taking the appropriate actions.
  • Waste Management: - Monitoring and Tracking Waste Generated and Mode of Disposal Also Liaoning of Related Document with Respect to Municipal & State Pollution Control Guidelines.
  • Segregate different wastes generated at site into proper categories and ensure disposal in accordance with the legal requirement, implement safe waste handling and disposal practices, Waste minimization techniques.
  • Fire Prevention & Firefighting Systems Maintenance: - Inspection & Preventive Maintenance of Firefighting Equipment's and Appropriate Documentation Tracking. E.g. fire extinguishers of different Types.
  • Pest Control Management: -Scheduled Pest Control Management.
  • Camp HSE Management: - Inspection of Accommodations, Sanitary and Other Welfare Facilities.
