Played many roles as following: On Site technical support, Technical Team Leader, Implementation Team leader, Integrations Specialist, Integrations PM, during that a variety of tasks were being done:

- Preparing and configuring integration servers through 23 MOH hospitals started by desktop based integration engines then upgrading to cloud engines.

- Troubleshooting HL7, FHIR integration issues with different 3rd parties vendors (GE, Agfa, Philips, kodak, etc ).
- Participate in cross-functional team activities that may include requirements gathering, business process modeling, RFP support.
- Face to face classroom and Online Training in different domains of health information management systems.
- Participate with the Quality control team to confirm that the system workflow complies with JCI and CBAHI standards.
- Generate scripts for creating performance reports and monitoring business workflows.
- Design reports and KPIs.
- Deploy updates on testing and staging environment.
- Participate in kick off, milestone meetings and steering committees for system implementation.
