Dissertation Research

My research is on textile electronics and smart garments. I have fabricated semiconductive cotton textiles through Atomic Layer Deposition of ZnO. I studied the impact of the substrate material and physical properties on the quality of the deposited ZnO. I optimized the process by experimenting with ALD deposition conditions and parameters on ZnO's electrical, optical, and surface properties.
