• Formulating and implementing key strategies in defense and preparation of claims and variations to avoid dispute escalation and facilitate settlement. Thorough understanding of the claims and variations procedures in KSA market commencing from claim identification, compliance to notification requirements, detailed submissions, quantum calculations, forensic analysis, negotiations, preparing settlement agreements, and preparing claims reports and presentations for higher management to enhance decision making.
