Support in developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring process.
Ensure that the processes in place are adequately streamlined to fulfil all the staffing needs efficiently.
Implement right end-to-end recruitment and selection processes e.g. filtering CVs, screening, shortlisting, interviews, formatting CV’s, etc.
Prepare hiring dashboards, mobilization reports and communicate to the leadership team regularly.
Ensure the employees proper mobilisation to the sites.
Develop sourcing & recruitment templates and forms e.g. job descriptions, interview assessment, exit interview, etc.
