Receive and review work requests from owner departments.
Develop job scopes by identifying manpower, materials, and service requirements.
Plan and schedule preventive & corrective maintenance.
Prepare estimates for labour, tools, materials, and equipment based on defined scope.
Coordinate with procurement to confirm material availability and ensure timely delivery to site.
Review and approve work orders to ensure readiness for execution.
Generate maintenance reports and analyse performance data for continuous improvement.
Support shutdown and maintenance planning in collaboration with other sections.
Initiate MOCs and incident reports, ensuring compliance with mechanical integrity requirements.
Liaise with multiple disciplines and contractors to facilitate smooth execution of planned work.
Leads operations and maintenance team during PM & breakdowns.
Approve Work Permits, RAMS & JSA.
Coordinate with SDMM department regarding T&I.
Coordinate vacations, leave, overtime and training courses for all the team.
Inspect worksites prior to issue work permits.
Prepare inspection reports & permit audit reports.
